Homes for Sale Vancouver WA- Best Time to Buy

We mention houses for sale Vancouver Washington in 2010 people cringe. Most homeowners in this area have lost their shirts. That's a fact. A couple years ago are booming market came to a screeching halt. We have experienced a whole decade of double-digit growth and all of a sudden in a matter of weeks it came to end.

Here's the deal. Many of the high-tech high paying jobs in the area haven't left. We still have Nike, Hewlett-Packard, Sharp, Nautilus, and many other large corporations in the area. They have expressed no desire to leave. While they are not bringing in the volume of people they have over the last decade no one is leaving. What does this mean? It means that the market is bound to recover sooner or later. Houses for sale Vancouver Washington will not stay low forever.

There are a lot of people who still want to move to Portland. The problem is that many of these people do not actually want to live in the city. It's too crowded. Portland has bad schools. The traffic is terrible. And, in addition to all this the property values, though not actor 2007 levels, our outrages. All the reason why the real estate market in Vancouver Washington will be do for rebound as our economy picks up. There has never been a better time to start researching homes for sale Vancouver Washington.

For $250,000 you may if you have a good real estate agent be able to find a house in Portland in a bad neighborhood. If you are live in a good neighborhood for two and $250,000 you have to live in a condo with no front yard and probably no backyard. That doesn't seem like a good deal to me. If you like hearing your neighbors snore go for it. The good news about homes for sale Vancouver Washington is that you can get a large chunk of property for an relatively inexpensive price. 250,000 can get you a lot of Vancouver Washington.

It cannot in Portland Oregon. Not to say I don't like Portland. It's just very expensive to other.
I want to point out one more thing. We have no income tax in Washington state. Now this may or may not apply to you. The reason why say this is because if you still work in Oregon you have to pay a sales tax. They closed that loophole a long time ago. But if you work in Vancouver you would be a fool not to buy a house in Vancouver. That extra money you save can buy a nice Hawaii vacation in the wintertime. Just don't try to move there (they like tourists coming do not staying).
